Dongguan Houjie Power Co. Ltd. ("DHJ") owns and operates a diesel fired power generating plant in the Houjie region in Dongguan. The Company is a Sino-Foreign Contractual Joint Venture established under the PRC law. The Joint Venture was formed on 9th July 1993 and has an operating licence for 27 years. The plant has an installed capacity of 66 megawatts and has been operating since 1996.

Your Company is interested in an indirect stake of 0.24% in the Joint Venture.
