Jiangxi Dayu Yangchuan Hydro Power Development Co., Ltd.

Jiangxi Dayu Yangchuan Hydro Power Development Co., Ltd. (JDY) is constructing a 2.52 MW hydro power station in Dayu township of Jiangxi province which is to the immediate north east of Guangdong province.

The power plant is expected to generate approximately 10 million kWh of electricity per year. Construction is scheduled to be completed by June 2008.

Your company owns a 49% equity stake in JDY and the venture has an operating life time of no less than 35 years.
